Subject: GZ3500T Carburetor

Problem:The Air Valve could become misaligned at idle preventing advancement of the

throttle.

Solution: Install alignment bracket on the air valve. This bracket will keep the Air Valve

linkage aligned with the Throttle Valve linkage when the Throttle lever is depressed.

Additional Note: This Bulletin DOES NOT APPLY to units with Serial Number 9XXXXXXX

and up.

1. Remove the Air Box Cover, and Air Filter

2. Remove Screw from Carburetor

3. Lay Bracket into place as shown

4. Reinstall screw and tighten securely

5. Reinstall the Air Box Cover, and Air Filter

Serial Number 8XXXXXXX

GZ3500T

Important Installation Information: It is NOT necessary to

remove the Carburetor bolts or Air Horn to install this bracket.
